Lemon Blueberry Pancakes




Ingredients:
1/3 cup Oat Bran
1/2 cup Blueberries
5 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp Sugar-Free Lemon Jello Mix or Lemon Drink Mix
2 tsp grated Lemon Peel
Sugar-Free Syrup
Greek Yogurt, for garnish

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix together and whisk until smooth.
Cook batches in pre-sprayed skillet on medium high temperature until bubbles form on the surface, then turn over and cook until dark golden brown.
Serve with sugar-free syrup.

Bacon Pancakes Recipe





Ingredients:
 1 package bacon, cooked 
 1 and 1/2 cups flour
 3 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt
 1 tablespoon sugar
 1 egg
 1 and 1/4 cups milk
 3 tablespoons butter



Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients for pancake mix in a large bowl . Make a well in the middle of the mixture and add egg and melted butter. Whisk well until smooth.

On a lightly oiled griddle, pour a strip of batter and add one piece cooked bacon on top. Gently pour a strip of batter on top of the bacon. Brown on both sides. Continue process for the rest of bacon slices. Enjoy!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake



Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
4 tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 small zucchinis, grated (1 cup)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
Mix almond flour with cacao powder, baking soda, cinnamon and sea salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, raw honey, vanilla extract and grated zucchinis.
Add dry ingredients to wet and continue mixing . Stir in chocolate chips. Be careful not to over mix.
Grease your bread pan with coconut oil.
Pour in batter and bake about 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.

Amish White Bread Recipe





Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 packet active dry yeast 
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour



Instructions:
Mix sugar and warm water; stir in yeast.
Add salt and oil.
Mix in flour, 1 cup at a time. Knead dough until smooth.
Let dough rise in an oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth, for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch dough down, knead for a few minutes. Shape into loaf and place in oiled loaf pan. Let rise for another 30 minutes in the pan, or until dough has risen an inch above the pan rim.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
