One Pan Creamy Pesto Penne


Ingredients
3 cups Water
½ cups White Wine
½ cups Heavy Cream
¾ cups Basil Pesto
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
4 cups Dry Barilla Gluten Free Penne Pasta
½ cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Basil, For Garnish
Preparation
In a large 10-inch skillet or pot, bring water, wine and cream to a boil. Add the pesto, garlic and penne. Reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 10 minutes, check to make sure pasta is tender. Top with cheese and basil.
